Allowing the crowed officials to attended the funeral of the late chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari. Nigerians have asked the government and officials of the Nigeria Centre For Disease Control (NCDC) to apologise to the Nollywood actress Funke Akindele.
Mrs Funke Akindele and her husband AbdulRasheed Bello, also known as JJC Skillz, were convicted for hosting a birthday party in their Amen Estate home during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The court sentenced the couple to 14-days community service after they pleaded guilty too one-court charge of violation of the social distancing orders imposed by the Lagos State government.
