Amnesty International has disclosed that the Nigerian Police Force has killed 10 individuals since the onset of the anti-police brutality protests which started last week against the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (FSARS).
Amnesty International disclosed this on Monday evening in a social media statement.
These were their statement;
“So far, Nigerian Police have murdered not more than 10 persons since the start of SARS.”

On the 11th October, 2020 H-Forbes reported that President Muhammadu Buhari dissolved the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (FSARS) on a Sunday.
Police brutality became more evident even after the dissolving of the FSARS, teargas and water cannons were used to disperse crowds involved in the protests.
The protest has brought Nigeria Government on a global spotlight which involved all global entertainers, celebrities and medias which have all called for an end to police brutality in Africa’s most populated nation.
