This means that if you get up at 7:00 a.m., you should consume your breakfast before 9:00 a.m. This boosts your body’s metabolism while also lowering the number of harmful diseases in your body.

Lunch is another meal that some people skip, while others consume, but it does have a specific time for consumption. This aids in the promotion of your body’s metabolism and is vital for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

It is also recommended, that you consume lighter meals in the morning and evening and heavier meals for lunch.
