Chop the cabbage, cucumber, Irish potatoes, and carrots into peas, ensure to remove the bark of the carrots before cutting. Afterward slice the green beans, tomatoes, and onions.
Slice the washed liver and beef into smaller chunks. Afterward, pour the beef (chicken) first, leave it to boil for about 10 minutes and then add the liver together with curry and other seasonings to taste. Leave it to be well cooked. Sieve out the water from the meat.
Spill your groundnut oil into the pot, and add your cut tomatoes, onions, and pepper. Allow it to deep fry and then pour the boiled cooked beef and liver. Allow it to fry for some minutes, afterward, pour the sieved-out water from the meat into a frying pot containing the beef and liver. Allow it to steam, afterwards add up your peas, green beans, carrots, and seasoning to taste. Cover the pot and leave it to boil for about 5 minutes.
When the water is about to dry off. Add the sliced cabbage and remove the pot from the fire immediately. The heat alone from the pot can soften the cabbage. Some like their cabbage to be well cooked but I prefer it to be fairly soft.
